If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you warrant you have the authority to bind such entity.

2. Grant of License & Local Execution

We grant you a royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable personal license to run and load the static site tools in your browser. All code assets deliver directly to your browser sandbox, **meaning calculations run entirely on your local CPU/GPU**.

3. Permitted & Prohibited Uses

You agree to use this site only for lawful and ethical purposes. You explicitly agree not to:

• Use our tools to generate, format, or process malicious scripts, viruses, trojans, or destructive payloads;
• Launch Denial of Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, or deploy high-frequency automated scraping scripts that overload our static hosting servers;
• Use the service in any way that violates your local jurisdiction's laws or international export control laws.

4. Intellectual Property & Brand Ownership

The user interface styling, the brand name "Anyuan", logos, system structure, and custom React page code are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Open-source codec algorithm modules are governed by their respective packages' licenses. You are not allowed to commercially repackage or distribute Anyuan's interface or branding without express authorization.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

THE TOOLS AND CALCULATION RESULTS (INCLUDING CONVERTED STRINGS, RECONSTRUCTED FILES, AND CRYPTOGRAPHIC HASHES) ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR ERROR-FREE STATUS. YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USING THE CODECS AND VERIFYING INTEGRITIES.

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Severability & Entire Agreement

These terms, combined with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the website. If any provision is held invalid by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
